Located in the prestigious Riverstone subdivision, these 27 spacious executive style villas, boast craftsman style exteriors, stone accents, patios, and tailored landscaping. 

  • Are the Villas all bungalow floorplans?
    Yes. We have carefully created two bungalow floorplans that offer all of your everyday living needs and conveniences on the main floor. All our Villa bungalows have basements that can be developed as part of the purchase or as future development.
  • Do the Villas offer double car garages?
    Yes! We offer 2 different bungalow floorplans, and both come with an attached garage, depending on the bungalow you choose will depend on the garage size. Please see the floorplans and site map below for floorplan options.
  • Are the Villas condos? Will I have monthly condo fees?
    The Riverford Villas are condos, and are managed by a condo association that coordinates property maintenance. Condo fees are collected monthly to cover the cost of exterior maintenance like lawn care, snow removal, exterior building insurance, as well as contributing to the condo reserve fund for future repairs.
  • Are there age restrictions? What is the demographic?
    There are no age restrictions on the residents of Riverford Villas. The development is designed for couples, newly retired folks looking for the freedom to travel, and older couples looking to downsize with the ease and convenience of main floor living.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes pets are allowed. The expectation is that you be a good pet owner and clean up after your pet, that your pet is leashed, and that your pet is not bothersome to your neighbors.
  • Can I hold a unit while I wait for my house to sell?
    Yes, we call this a 'Conditional Offer to Purchase". A Conditional Offer to Purchase can be put in place to hold a unit for you with a small deposit, conditional to the sale of your home. It is a simple process and any of our Sales Associates would be happy to further explain how this may be beneficial to you.
  • What are property taxes?
    On average property taxes are typically 1% of the value of the home.
  • When do you expect the entire project to be completed?
    We anticipate to be fully built by mid to end of spring 2023. Possession of units to start July of 2022.
  • Can I make my own interior selections?
    If we are still at a point where changes and upgrades are feasible we would be happy to assist you with your selections.
